Low production and exclusively composed of indigenous Douro grape varieties, predominantly Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eWinemaking\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes were subjected to the traditional process of treading in a wine press, and were then vinified in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, and then transferred to new 500-liter French oak barrels, where they remained for 17 months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eBottling\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHeld on December 9, 2024: 2000 bottles of 750 ml and 30 bottles of 1500 ml.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eTasting Notes\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWine with a modern profile, displaying notes of black fruit (plum, blueberry, fig), supported by notes from barrel aging, with balsamic nuances that lend complexity and elegance to the whole.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFull-bodied, firm, mature palate with satiny tannins. Complex, persistent and very elegant finish.
